Is the consultation really free?
Yes. There is no fee for the consultation and nothing to buy. If we go on to place coverage together, the carriers pay us — your premium is the same either way.
What happens on the 15-minute intro call?
Virginia asks what you are trying to sort out and tells you whether she can help. If your question needs more time, she books the longer meeting then. Nothing is sold on that call.
Can we meet by Zoom instead of phone?
Yes. Each meeting type shows how it is held when you pick a time, and Virginia sends any video link with your confirmation. If you would rather do it the other way round, say so in the booking notes or just call her.
What should I have ready?
For a Medicare meeting: your Medicare card if you have one, a list of your doctors, and a list of your prescriptions with dosages. For long-term care or Social Security, nothing — bring the question.
Do you only work with people in Florida?
Virginia is based in Tampa and licensed in 30 states. Florida families are the core of the practice, and advisor partnerships run nationwide.
